    We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Sales Manager for Spring Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery in Nashville, TN. This position will be responsible for selling, assisting sales managers with managing sales leads and coaching sales consultants. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven, solutions-focused sales professional who is looking to move into management!


    • Answers customers' questions about products, prices, and availability
    • Contacts new or existing customers to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs
    • Answers telephone inquiries about products and services for both pre-need planning and at need preparations
    • Ensures that all paperwork and contracts are completed and returned in a timely manner
    • Assists in the planning and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop sales professionals
    • Helps ensure that all staff are trained on products and services, and understand what inventory and spaces are available
    • Works with the sales consultants to ensure that all location sales quotas and goals are achieved
    • Builds relations with clients, vendors and staff
    • Identifies and implements areas for continuous improvement

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience in sales
    • Able to lead and mentor a team
    • Thinks and acts like an entrepreneur with a passion for people
