    We are seeking a Sales Supervisor for Mountain View Memorial Park in Lakewood, WA. As a Sales Supervisor, you will train, guide and motivate your Family Service advisors to give outstanding service, every time. You will find, hire and train candidates who believe in our mission and have the right skills needed. You are the ultimate professional who will lead your team through excellent communication and setting clear, attainable objectives.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage, direct and assist in the initial and continuing training and performance management of advisors.
    • Conduct daily team meetings to review sales results, new information, priorities of the day as well as fielding questions and suggestions.
    • Ensure each advisor is successful in maintaining daily prospecting and follow-up, knowing that engagement with families is a daily priority.
    • Observe each team member's presentations to families to ensure that they are maximizing all steps in the sales and service processes.
    • Impress the importance of carefully adhering to the location's rules and regulations.
    • Provide training to advisors, stressing the importance of accurate documentation, including Interment Orders, Interment Verification Procedures, Property Cards, Quit claims and other required paperwork.
    • Ensure advisors are up-to-speed on inventory levels and possess full knowledge of location's lots, crypts, niches, etc.
    • Carefully track and measure each advisor's activities and results. Track progress in all measured areas, including home visits, follow up calls, gaining referrals and proper use of company's software.
    • Establish regular meetings with office manager, family service advisors, GM and grounds superintendent to identify problems and create solutions.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • 4+ years of sales experience
    • 1+ year(s) in leadership or management
    • Knowledge of successful sales procedures/closing.
    • Professional communication skills
    • Valid Driver's License
