We are seeking a Florist for Rembrandt Florist in Dallas, TX. This position is responsible for designing, cutting and arranging live, dried, and artificial flowers and foliage for funeral services. r assisting in the arrangement of flowers for the memorial service of the departed. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year floral arranging, and professional communication skills.


  • Confers with client regarding price and type of arrangement desired
  • Estimates costs and price arrangements
  • Packs and wraps completed arrangements
  • Plans arrangement according to client's requirements, utilizing knowledge of design and properties of materials
  • Trims material and arranges bouquets, wreaths, and other items using trimmers, shapers, wire, pin, floral tape, foam, and other materials
  • Addresses client family needs promptly and accurately
  • Works with funeral directors or designers on any issues and resolutions
  • Drives van or other vehicle to complete delivery

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in floral design
  • Certificate from school of floral design preferred
  • Ability to design and create floral arrangements
  • Willing to place arrangements in cemetery as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs
  • Professional communication and customer service assistance
